Tolvane Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays ship the next business day.

We do not ship on the following U.S. federal holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Tolvane ships from its fulfillment centers in the United States, located in Elmont, New York, and Hewlett, New York.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times (United States)

We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Delivery times are estimates based on our carriers' published service levels and are not guaranteed.

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $5.00 (Free on orders of $50.00 and up)

  • Express Shipping (2–4 business days): $15.00

  • Overnight Shipping (1–2 business days): $45.00

  • Subscribe & Save: Subscription orders ship at the same rates as one-time orders, including free standard shipping on orders of $50.00 and up.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to many countries worldwide, including Australia, Austria, the United Arab Emirates, Mexico, the United Kingdom, and more than 20 additional countries.

International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order.

We use the following carriers for international shipments:

  • DHL Express: Transit time calculated at checkout; prepaid duties are supported where available.

  • USPS: Transit time calculated at checkout, with available services including First-Class Package International, Priority Mail Express International, and Priority Mail International.

  • OB Carrier: Transit time calculated at checkout for OpenBorder-supported markets, including Mexico and the United Kingdom.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

You can also track your order through the Track My Order link in our website footer, where available.

Shipping Delays

Shipments may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances outside our control, including weather events, carrier operational issues, or customs inspections.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window:

  • Delays of up to 7 days: Please allow additional time for delivery, as packages may arrive shortly after the initial delay notification.

  • Delays exceeding 7 days: Contact us with your order number so we can investigate the delay with the carrier.

  • Packages lost in transit: If your package has not been delivered within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and tracking shows no updates, we will investigate and arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to verification of the shipment status.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. We may be unable to redirect packages after they have shipped.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged or the product inside is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged packaging or product. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement at no additional cost where the damage is confirmed.

PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses through USPS. Please allow additional time for delivery to these addresses.
